Katrina is a Partner at Hanold Associates where she focuses on the recruitment of Human Resource professionals across industries including Learning and Development, Talent Management, HRBP, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development and Diversity and Inclusion.
Prior to joining Hanold Associates, Katrina was as an Executive Recruiter for Ajilon Professional Staffing where she focused on the recruitment of Human Resource professionals.
Katrina earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Loyola University Chicago. She earned her Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola University Chicago, as well. While attending Loyola, Katrina tutored at schools on the north side of Chicago and worked as a futures broker. She currently serves as an MBA Ambassador for Loyola.
Katrina lives in Chicago and cherishes spending time with her husband, two children, and their dog.
